It is Day 4 of my healthy quest and I am feeling great! I learned a good lesson yesterday. I have read that when you are juicing it is important to increase your fluid intake. Water, water, water! I completely followed that rule the first three days but fell short on Day 4. I paid the consequences with a headache that didn't quit. Once I hydrated with water and herbal tea, the headache was gone!
So..... my tip for the day is: Drink plenty of water!!
I am juicing 2 out of my 3 meals everyday this week and have lost 6 pounds! Whoooohoooooo!!!!

And your tip is a VERY good one! I read recently that MANY headaches are brought on by dehydration, and most of the time a big, cool glass of water will take care of it quickly. Such a great alternative to more meds.
