..... my own blended breakfast delight

I love making breakfast smoothies! :)

Here is something I threw together in the blender:

1 banana
3 pineapple slices
a big handful of frozen mango chunks
a little almond milk
1 tbsp. of flax seed

Yummmmmy!!!!!!!!
Add to a pretty glass and drink!
