I have been two days soy free! I dropped two pounds and feel great! I am enjoying learning about yummy soy free foods and recipes!
My friend Jen told me that these taco shells are soy free! This can be the bread substitute I need since I am quite the bread/cracker lover! When I do choose this as a snack, I am limiting myself to only one that day. These are great for tacos, as a snack with a little avocado, or plain!
These are the are the jumbo ones, but I also buy the regular size. Yummy and soy free!
