...... back to healthy

Good morning!  It has been a few weeks since I have posted.... a little in a funk, a little not feeling well.  But.... time to get back into the healthy swing!  I really have felt a difference not juicing.  Juicing gives me so much energy.  I have a lot of veggies to buy this week to get back to juicing and feeling great!

I made this smoothie for breakfast..

almond milk
1 banana
20 dark sweet cherries

The banana really takes over in the flavor.  I would use half a banana next time.  Here is to health!
