.... getting back on track

Hello!  It's Monday.... time for me to get back on track.  I took the weekend off from juicing and making smoothies.  ....went to my favorite pizza place... had 1 slice with mushroom and a small Greek salad.  ....went to a new ice cream place, had a scoop of coffee and a scoop of maple walnut.  Yum!  Enjoyed my weekend coffee-- had iced decaf since the weather is getting warmer.  It was so refreshing,  I am preparing veggies today.  I am going to do a 3 day cleanse starting tomorrow or Wed.  I have to be sure I can get all my veggies today.  This is a cleanse by Joe Cross from the documentary I talked about when I first started blogging, Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead.  I feel like I need a bit of a jump start again.  Lots of veggies to buy!  Have a healthy and happy day!
