This company believes in healthy food with awesome flavor!
They have a restaurant in CA and are carrying frozen entrees in several states.
I mostly make meals fresh but I think it is great to have a few of these entrees in the freezer for those hectic days when time is short.
I visited a Shaws supermarket in NH and found them !! This store carried 4 of their frozen entrees, so of course I had to pick up one of each.
Here is the first one I tried for dinner:
Farmer's Market Frittata with Sweet Potato Hash and Garden Salsa
It was so flavorful! I was very impressed with the quality of the food!
There was mango in the potato hash- yummy!
There were also spices added to the salsa giving it a bit of a kick.
So, if you like a little spicy, this one is for you!
