.....veggies, more veggies please!

Good morning!  I had a very healthy day yesterday!  I feel great today!

I started my morning with one of my favorite breads, another from Food for Life:
Ezekiel 4:9 Sesame-- I love the sesame flavor!  I toasted two pieces and shared a piece of
string cheese on top of both.  I also had Yogi Detox tea with lemon juice.




My lunch was delicious!  Fresh cherry tomatoes and pickled cucumbers from the farm stand in town, with some yogurt.  I cannot get enough of these fresh veggies!



I was at one of my favorite co-ops, Brattleboro Co-op and treated myself to one of their juices for dinner.  This was beet, carrot and celery..



 What a difference it makes to our bodies when we feed it well! :)
