Have I mentioned that I love avocados? Yes, yes I do......very much!
Avocados contain monounsaturated fats which help lower cholesterol and prevent heart disease.
I often spread avocado on a healthy sandwich in place of mayonnaise.
My friend Dorothy adds a pinch of salt to avocado and I have to say, a very small pinch of salt brings out a very nice flavor! YUMMY! :))
I spread avocado on bean chips or eat it plain right out of the bowl.
Delicious and healthy!
