Good morning! It has been just under a week and a half since I started my quest. I am feeling so energetic! What I am learning is that I am eating healthy, completely changing my lifestyle and the weight is naturally coming off. I lost 9 pounds! Whoooohooooooooo!!!!
I have a new juice combo to share. I am having fun trying different combinations of fruits and veggies. Here is the latest...
1 apple
1/2 cucumber
1/2 large red bell pepper
4 celery stalk
a big handful of kale
Pour into a glass over ice.
This is a good combo if you like the sweeter taste rather than the more bitter.
More yummy goodness!
