I am feeling good, lots more energy that I have had in a long time! Wheeeee!!!!! :)
I made a variation of my blended breakfast delight today.
1 banana
I substituted a kiwi for the pineapple
a big handful of frozen mango chunks
a
little almond milk
1 tbsp. of flax seed
Again...... yummy goodness!
Here is a recipe for an on the fly juice I did yesterday. I just grabbed veggies and fruit out of the fridge and tossed them in the juicer.
2 carrots
2 small apples
3 kale leaves
1/2 cucumber
1 plum tomato
2 cups romaine lettuce
Bottoms up!!!
