.... back to my juicing

Monday is here and it is back to my 2 juices a day.

I started my morning with my Ezekiel cereal with almond milk and mango chunks.  I am really liking this breakfast.  I have plenty of veggies home to juice today.  YAY!

I decided I am not going to weigh myself everyday.  I have learned that your weight can fluctuate day to day depending on water intake etc.  I do not want to get crazy about the weight everyday.  I decided to weigh myself once a week or every other week and focus on just eating healthy.  The weight will come off.
