...it's a blueberry kind of morning

Good morning!  I love blueberries and they are so healthy! They are a wonderful antioxidant and a great source of fiber!

I made a simply smoothie for breakfast today.

almond milk
1 banana
2 large handfuls of frozen blueberries

Delicious, cold, refreshing!
